Lexington police investigators seeking help identifying couple who used stolen credit card

Lexington, SC 08/31/2022 (Paul Kirby) - The Lexington Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals who used a victim’s credit card to make purchases at a local retailer. According to police, this couple used the stolen car at Wal-Mart on August 22, 2022. In total, those fraudulent purchases were over $550.

The couple were caught on film in the store and were seen in a white Toyota Solara with a black cloth top. Police ask that you look at the pictures closely and if you recognize either of these individuals, please contact Detective Tomaino at 803-358-7271 or mtomaino@lexsc.com.
