Lexington police officers looking to identify shoplifters who struck at the Publix on Old Cherokee last month

Lexington, SC 01/10/2024 (Paul Kirby) - The Lexington Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify two people they believe shoplifted a buggy full of groceries.  Officers say they believe the two took over $300 worth of merchandise from Publix at 100 Old Cherokee Road in Lexington on December 9, 2023.

Please look at these photos carefully. They are of fair resolution although the photos of the man are better than that of the woman.

If you recognize either of these suspects, please contact Detective Alewine at 803-358-7262 or ealewine@lexsc.com.
