Lexington police officers trying to identify a trespasser

Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) - The Lexington Police Department needs to identify the man in the photo. He was caught on camera trespassing at a business in the town.

Police say that the man went onto a business’ property on Porche Drive in the town. This happened on September 26, 2020. Apparently, he had absolutely no business there and they just want to know what he was up to. He has this “I really don’t want to be seen” look on his face and it doesn’t appear as if he knew he was on camera. It would certainly make anyone wonder what he was doing lurking around.

He’s obviously a thin, Caucasian male that was wearing brown pants and a black long sleeve t-shirt. He had on blue Nikes and some sort of lanyard around his neck. Of course, all that can change but wearing the bandana on his head is probably a habit he’s picked up somewhere. Most who do this do it regularly. He also looks like he may have a scraggly beard and light hair.

While he was there his vehicle was also caught on camera. It’s a silver, four-door Jeep with a black hardtop.

If you have information about this case, please contact Detective Payton at 803-358-7271. The detective would just like to have a chat with him about why he was there when no one at the business recognized him.
