Lexington, SC 07/30/2022 - On August 2 and 3, the Lexington County Health Department will hold back-to-school vaccination clinics at 1070-B South Lake Drive, Lexington, SC 29073. The clinics are open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
During these walk-in clinics, the health department will offer the following required school vaccinations:
DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis)
Polio
Hepatitis A and B
MMR (measles, mumps and rubella)
Varicella
Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis)
These vaccinations are free or covered by insurance. Please bring your insurance card with you to the clinic.
If you have your child’s latest immunization record, please bring it with you.
