Lexington School District Two schools participate in Polar Plunges for Special Olympics

West Columbia, SC 03/08/2024 - Cayce Elementary and Fulmer Middle School showed that it is all in – literally – for the kids.

The school participated in the 2024 Gamecock Polar Plunge earlier this week at the Maxcy Gregg Center in Columbia.

Cayce Elementary raised more than $600 for Polar Plunge from community members and Cayce families from a recent $1 Unified Movie Night event at the school.

Fulmer Middle School also participated in the Gamecock Polar Plunge, while several other Lexington Two schools participated in the Lake Murray Polar Plunge earlier this month. Plunge events events raise money for Special Olympics South Carolina.
