New exit ramp from I-20 west to I-26 west opens on February 9, 2025

Lexington County, S.C. 01/07/2025 - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will open a new exit ramp from I-20 West to I-26 West on January 9. This marks another milestone in Phase 2 of the Carolina Crossroads Project.
The ramp will open late on January 9 to allow crews to permanently close the existing I-20 West exit ramp at the I-26 interchange. As part of this traffic change, overhead signs near the Broad River Road overpass will direct drivers where to exit using the new ramp. A map of the area can be found below.
