Pelion, SC 08/27/2024 (Paul Kirby) - The Pelion Middle School Archery Team has won the National Championship at the 2024 NASP IBO/3D National Championship. They also placed 3rd nationally in Bullseye competition. This team has a history of winning local, regional, state, and national contests.
During the Nationals, there were several individual award winners as well. Delilah Williams placed 3rd in IBO/3D and Claire Hartley placed 5th in Bullseye competition.
The team credits their coaching staff that includes Larry Poole, David Taylor, and Maria Bolen. The team says these coaches give their time and talents and, most importantly, they love PMS’s archers.
