Lexington, S.C. 04/23/2021 – The return of spring means the return of Wingard’s Market Spring Produce Baskets! Customized seasonally by the full-service garden center and nursery experts, their baskets are packed with locally grown, fresh fruits and vegetables.
Wingard's Market, located at 1403 N. Lake Dr, Lexington, SC, is a full-service Garden Center offering everything from the freshest spring and summer produce to plants, flowers, shrubs, statuary, and the best advise from their expert staff on how to plant and care for your purchases. Stopping by is an experience itself and customers are encouraged to stay awhile, stroll through, and see what all they have to offer.
The Spring Produce Baskets are one of their most popular items each spring. Customers can start placing their orders now on their website. The deadline for orders will be each Monday, with pickup on the following Friday. The first orders are due May 3 and pick up is May 7. Each basket is $30, and there is a 10 percent discount on orders of five or more. Shoppers can even earn more savings by joining our Wingard’s Market Rewards Club.
The program will last for ten weeks, and the baskets’ ingredients are predetermined and will change weekly. The first week’s basket will contain:
Bananas, 2 lbs.
Strawberries, quart
Yellow squash, 1 lb.
Green Beans, 1 lb.
Sweet Corn, 2 ears
Sweet Onions, 1 lb.
Red Potatoes, 2 lbs.
Large Tomatoes, 2 lbs.
