GASTON, SC - The grand opening of the Mission Lake Museum and Library of Church History represents a significant addition to the cultural and educational landscape of Gaston and the State of South Carolina. The 15,000 Square Foot facility located on a 2,200 acre campus is dedicated to preserving and presenting the historical impact of the church, local settlers, and community development throughout the region. Developed by Christ Central Ministries, the museum and library consisting of the largest collection of Church History rare books in the state of South Carolina will serve as a resource for historical research, education, and public engagement, reflecting the longstanding influence of faith institutions in

shaping local and statewide heritage.

The event will include keynote remarks from Columbia Mayor Daniel Rickenmann, along with attendance by local legislators and ministry partners. The program will feature an official ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of the facility to the public.
