Sheriff's Department request help to identify “Porch Pirate” caught on camera stealing a package

Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) 11/14/20 8:45 am – The Lexington County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help to identify a “Porch Pirate”. “Porch Pirates” are thieves who steal packages left on the porch or front stoop of a home by carriers like UPS or Federal Express.

In this latest case, the young man who did this was clearly caught on a doorbell camera. You can also see the car he was driving.

If you recognize the young man or the car he was driving, please call CRIME STOPPERS at 1-888-CRIME SC. You can also submit tips through CRIME STOPPERS website at www.midlandscrimestoppers.com. Just use the convenient Submit a Tip tab. If you like to use apps, they have one called the P3 app you can get from either of the app stores for free. Download that and make your tips through it.
