Sheriff's Department seeking help to locate a man who committed several crimes in Lexington County

Lexington, SC 03/14/2024 (Paul Kirby) – Lexington County Sheriff deputies are asking the public for their help to locate 34-year-old Justin David Phillips. Phillips is wanted for grand larceny, criminal conspiracy, and burglary.
