Lexington, SC 05/28/2024 - This summer, Adventure Begins at Your Library. Lexington County Public Library’s annual Summer Reading Program is here, and readers of all ages are encouraged to participate. Summer Reading builds literacy and language skills, keeps children school-ready, allows teens and adults to experience the joy of reading and so much more.
Beginning June 1, visit a local branch or lexcolibrary.com/summerreading to register. Participants can earn prizes by completing activities and tracking their progress through August 10. To celebrate the start of Summer Reading, head to one of Lexington County Public Library’s many kickoff parties. All 10 locations will be hosting exciting events.
