Cayce, SC 11/16/2022 (Paul Kirby) – This week, the Cayce Police Department is featuring a Strong-Armed Robbery suspect in their Wanted Wednesday campaign. The idea behind Wanted Wednesday is to get the community involved in tracking down people they have arrest warrants for, but the police have been unable to find and serve.
Today, their featured fugitive is Christopher Ryan Mullis. Mullis is 35-year-old, and currently, the police do not have a valid address for him or know of his whereabouts. Mullis is Caucasian, has strawberry blond hair and blue / light green eyes in the police’s most recent photo of him. He is 6’ tall and weighed approximately 200 pounds.
On September 19, 2019, Mullis and a co-defendant approached their victim who was sitting in a vehicle at a Cayce hotel. Mullis reached into the vehicle and grabbed the victim by the throat while his accomplice took money from the victim’s pants pockets. The co-defendant has since been arrested but police have had no such luck locating Mullis to place him under arrest. After Cayce investigators presented the evidence they had gathered to a judge, a warrant was issued for Mullis’ arrest.
If you know Mullis, or have any idea where he might be, Cayce Police Department officers ask that you make tips through CRIME STOPPERS.
