Pine Ridge, SC (06/03/2021 Paul Kirby) – Pine Ridge’s new Police Chief Andre’ T. Williams will host his first Chief's Forum on Saturday, June 12th, 2021, from 10:00am -11:00am. This Chief's Forum will be held in Council Chambers located at Pine Ridge Town Hall on Fish Hatchery Road next to the SC State EMD. The purpose and goal of Chief's Forum is to promote dialogue and enhance police/community relationships.
According to the town, the informal structure will provide a relaxed atmosphere in which those who live and/or work in Pine Ridge can experience some one-on-one time with the Chief. This meet-and-greet format does not include any formal presentations or agendas. Residents drive the conversation as an opportunity for department leadership to listen to concerns and answer questions from residents.
