West Columbia PD identifies murder suspects

West Columbia, S.C. 12/30/2021 - The West Columbia Police Department has identified the two suspects they believe were involved in the fatal shooting that occurred on Wednesday afternoon on Shull Street in the city. Now, they are seeking the public’s help in locating the men involved on the charge of Murder.
According to a release they distributed on Thursday evening, the West Columbia Police Department responded to a shooting at the 700 block of Shull Street in West Columbia on December 29, 2021 at approximately 4:00 p.m. Wedenesday. At the scene, they found Frankie Orlando Gardner deceased from a single gunshot wound to his chest. An investigation established that 34-year-old Rayshawn Suber and 40-year-old Brandon Taylor, both of West Columbia, were the suspects responsible for this shooting.
Since the shooting, warrants for Murder, Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime, and Criminal Conspiracy were issued for both men.
